This dull achy pain is on my left side, ranging from my low back/hip area and to my mid back. i feel this sensation in my abs as well still on left ?

Be Alert/check up?: Any pain like you have requires close monitoring and watch to see if it is settling down on its own or progressing. If it is not better in 2-3 weeks, you should seek medical check up and find the cause. A physical exam and urine check should be the first step, followed by a CT scan of the abdomen if indicated based on findings on physical check up by your doctor.
