Pregnancy back pain: This is normal during the second and third trimester as the uterus grows and the pelvic ligaments get stretched. Regular walking should help. Avoid prolonged sitting. Use heat when possible. The pain you are feeling is most likely from your sacroiliac joint which you may have hurt in the past and is acting up a bit. Good luck with your baby. They do grow pretty fast!

Muscle strain: This is most likely muscular strain from the change in the pregnancy. It could also be the uterus lying on the sacral plexus. Need to walk, stretch, and change positions while lying to find the most comfortable positions.
