What could a dull constant ache in left arm be?

Rule out heart attck: It could be a number of things including a heart attack. Sometimes you can't detect a heart attack if u have diabetes. So first go to your pcp and get an ekg. And make sure heart attack is ruled out. Other things it could be are a pinched nerve, you might have slept on it wrong, etc. Have some tests done to rule out something serious first.
