my mongolian doc says it is safe to do accupuncture and take mongolian herbs as medicine while pregnancy. i am not sure abt herbs. is it true?

Some are, some not: Some herbs are safe in pregnancy and some are not. You need a very experienced harbalist to know. I would not make a general claimthat herbs from any particular tridition (mongolian, chinese, western etc) are safe in pregnancy. Be very careful. Even some accupunture points can be unwise to use in pregnancy.

NO; check for cause: Acupuncture and Chinese herbs can help some cases of infertility (see Dr. Fowler's answer for details). It's unfortunate that Dr. Fisher is so sure of himself when he is obviously biased and knows nothing about Chinese medicine.
While Chinese medicine helps many things it can't cause a growth spurt in a 36 yo. The most likely cause is a benign pituitary tumor raising HGH. Have your Dr. test you.

Yes,  qualified : Change  life style: six equal times every 3 hours eat healthy unprocessed foods without sugar, breathe and relax.  Move   15 minutes.  Take  10, 000 units of vit d3 each  day  with no calcium unless  muscles cramp . Take vit k2 at least 100mcg a  day and be sure you are not deficient in ferritin.  Magnesium and zinc are very helpful for pain. Don't smoke. Sleep 8 hours if possible,  lower stress.

Some herbs ok: There are some herbs that may increase risk, besides ones with caffeine. Rosehips an herbs from rose petals, has vitamin c, and is sometimes used to support lactation & fertility.

my vision kept fading in and out to blurriness yesterday.told my dr.she wants me to c a neuro doc.why?

She's ruled out that: Your problem is purely eye related, and want to make sure it is not relate to a possible neurology diagnosis. If she hasn't told you what it is, ask her. Also ask her for a neuro ophthalmology consult for comprehensive 2nd opinion evaluation. She can't diagnose a neurology diagnosis, because they have to run tests on you, or imaging first. Good luck!

Primary care md: One of the most reliable methods is to select a primary care doc that your close friends and your family have had and vouch for the reliable and caring service they have had. One can also make a get acquainted type appointment with the md and get some sense of whether you are favorably impressed. Also your hospital can recommend md's. No md should discourage a patient who requests a second opinion

Thrombosis panel: There are blood tests to determine if someone has a likelihood of developing blood clots (thick blood).  Your doctor can order these tests or refer you to a hematologist.

Many  activities: Engage in regular aerobic exercise (i.e. running, swimming, Nordic track, rowing, downhill skiing, zumba, dancing, kickboxing, walking, cross country skiing, hiking, etc.)
