im on a diet with high protein to lose fat and gain muscle, my diet is 2000 calories per day and only consists of: protein shakes, milk, flaxseeds, chicken breast, broccoli, brussel sprouts, green beans, egg, pasta. am i missing any vitamins?

: No. Your diet covers all of the vitamins and essential trace nutrients.
You will need to exercise to gain muscle, diet alone will not do it. A combination of aerobic exercise and resistance exercising/weight training will be needed to improve your muscle mass. The amount of gain will also be determined by your genetic make-up.

Go for a run: Try some exercise to mobilize those calories. Controlling food intake before it happens is the best route.

Drinkers preference: There is no problem switching to almond milk from lactose free as it is lactose free as well.  However almond milk contains less calcium and  protein unless fortified with these substances so depends if you need these things.  The almond milk has less calories if that is a concern. None: You don't need to drink milk,  adult cows don't drink milk.  If you want to cut back on calories you can eliminate the milk after lunch. There are other sources of calcium and vitamin d in your diet besides milk.

Teen body building: All exercise is good for your body, when done correctly and in moderation. Push ups will tone pecs and triceps but not much else. Add pull-ups, sit-ups, leg lifts to tone other muscle groups. You MUST ask a professional trainer to show you correct lifting form prior to weight lifting, though. Eat a BALANCED diet, not just milk and cheese. Lean meats (fish, chicken breast) are great protein sources

Not enough fluids: I suspect your fluid intake might be lagging just a bit. When breastfeeding, you need to be drinking over 100 ounces of fluid a day. If you are a little on the dry side yourself, your milk supply may be just fine, but you yourself could be feeling the effects with a little dizzy or nausea.
