Not usually: Most often you just feel a little tugging. Once in a  while a stitch or staple might require a little more effort if skin has grown around it - that is why it is important to have them removed at the time the doctor specifies. Take care.

since i had a hydrocelectomy every time i get an erection why does my stitches hurts ? am i broken the stitches ?

More specific info?: One needs more specific info on onset, degree, duration, progress, evolution, specific site, etc. of symptoms stressing sequence of events + physical exam + testing as needed so to sort out what may be the specific causes for your pain. Nevertheless, it could be okay to wait and see if the degree of pain has been slowly &amp; surely getting better day by day.

Not indicated: Any simple cut inside the mouth will self heal over time unless it is very large. Cuts outside the mouth on the lips or chin must be stitched within a day, preferably within hours for it to matter. A week after the injury the body is in the process of healing &amp; stitches are not indicated. A visit to a local doc may help understand how it is healing or whether another procedure can help.

when i walk fast or jog i get major side stitches within seconds which hurts my performance in gym class. also worried it may be appendix?

The "stiches": are usually do to BOWEL GAS collecting in the upper curves from the "shaking" and can be reduced by limiting the gas producing foods such as beans/carbonated beverages) and taking an OTC anti GAS medication (eg" GAS-X") (containing SIMETHICONE!!) 
BTW Appendix pain is  NOIT RECURRENT once it happens the appendix will GET WORSE when you stop the exercise!

No: Typically, absorbable sutures are used, where they will break down as the wound heals and no sutures need to be removed.  If sutures do have to be removed, as long as the sutures have not gotten embedded into the skin, they are just cut and pulled out.  You may feel a slight pulling sensation as they are pulled out.

i had stitches on my knuckle on my finger, it's healed now but hurts to bend they finger. is that from keeping it straight? how do i get it to go away

Time: You have kept your finger in one position and it needs to loosen up with exercise.  That assumes there is no evidence of inflammation (heat, tenderness, swelling, redness).  If there is go back to doctor asap.

hi sunday i got stitches on the ring finger because i fell and smashed it open or cut it open it's been hurting since how do i get rid of the pain.? it was swollen but not anymore it still hurts though i'm getting it out tuesday

It is normal to have: discomfort following sutures in the finger! A DRY cold pack may help (pressure activated packs are available in the pharmacy)  After the sutures are removed soaking in hot water may help you regain strength/motion and reduce your pain!

: Yes, the second molar slightly hurts because of the still inflamed tissue but you will be pain free soon.

It depends: Some stitches are made of material that dissolves over time, while others are designed to be permanent.  You should ask your doctor to know for certain.  You can't always tell just by looking at the stitches.
