How long?: How long have these symptoms been going on for?  These symptoms have multiple possible causes such as problems digesting food.  I see you have had your gallbladder removed?  Rarely this can lead to diarrhea and bloating.  Talk to your doctor for a proper evaluation.

The linus pauling institute reported a study that suggested  green tea can assist w glycemic control. Green tea has a diuretic effect so you lose water weight. Catechins in the tea may ^ thermogenesis.  The most nutritious teas are red, green and white tea.
