No: I suppose lipton green tea in the bottle could help you lose weight if you drank it but nothing else and didn't eat anything either while exercising like crazy. But you could say the same thing about just about any food or drink. So the bottom line is no. It's more important to focus on overall healthy nutrition rather than a magic pill, drink or supplement. And don't forget regular exercise, too.
