No benefit: Your final height is determined by inherited genetic factors.It can be lessened by poor health &amp;poor diet.There are no supplements (calcium), special foods,special stretches or exercises that make you taller. An x-ray of her wrist/hand can determine bone maturity &amp; reveal evidence suggestive of growth hormone deficiency or simple delay of growth.

No.: Calcium is important for the development of bone in growing children.  Taking a tablet will not increase height but preventing severe deficiency in children could prevent rickets which would otherwise retard growth.

No: Your height is determined by the interplay of genetic/health &amp; nutrition. Most males stop growing taller at 17-18.A single x-ray of your wrist/hand could look for open growth centers.If present you may grow more, if the growth centers are closed, you are done. Proper nutrition ,rest and exercise support normal growth.No pill/stretchig routien or other such practice will add height.

Determine cause: Several things can cause low weight. The main ones are inadequate intake of calories, need for hydrochloric acid ;/or digestive enzymes, malabsorption, inflammation of the intestines (possibly from intestinal parasites), celiac disease ; other food allergies, vitamin/mineral/amino acid deficiencies ; hyperthyroidism. A good GI doc or holistic doc can help you find what the problem(s) is/are.

No: Hi. At 30 years old, you're long done gaining height. Nothing you can do to add height after your long bone growth plates fuse in your teens. If you have a healthy diet, of the vitamins and mineral you list, the only ones you're at risk for not getting enough of are calcium and vitamin D, so assure you're getting enough of them. But no supplement of any kind will lengthen bones in you.

None: At age 20 your height is likely set, no medicine will help increase your height at this point I'm afraid.  If there was something I too would use it, but being shorter has its advantages.  Find your advantages and have a wonderful life at the height you are.  Occasionally young men your age will grow in college like David Robinson the Hall of Fame basketball player who grew 10 inches.
