Yes: Low grade fever can be observed in active rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile polyarthritis, arthritis with sle and reactive arthritis. Significant fever can be observed with acute gout and pseudogout. Viral syndromes associated with joint pain are another cause. Any acute inflammatory condition associated with joint inflammation may demonstrate low grade fever.

Mgt/workup: Your symptoms may be related to a viral illness, including influenza. If your joints are swollen or red, I would suggest a visit with your doctor. If you have a sore throat, then a strep test can be obtained at that time.

Chest lymph nodes: Lymph nodes on cxr/ct scan & symptoms sound like sarcoidosis , TB or lymphoma. You need bronchoscopy by lung doctor for tissue diagnosis. The treatment depends on tissue specific diagnosis. Wish you good health.

i've started having nocturnal fevers of 100 -101. before this started i did have a flu shot. i do have copd and arthritis?

Fever: Hi, how long? Flu shot couldn't be the cause, 
do u have any swollen nodes, joint pain, any headache, night sweat, any recent travel? please see a provider, keep a diary of your temperature and take it with you to your doctor for evaluation and blood testing.

i have had fevers in the past that only last for 12/24hrs and every time i get excruciating bone pain. neg on ra. but do have arthritis/ osteoporosis.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It is imperative to examine you when you have fever. If you can manage by taking acetaminophen you you get fever, you may do that. If that is not acceptable it would be prudent to see your doctor.

ive had headaches for months and nothing shows on mri's,ive had pain in my arms and neck but my blood pressure is normal so i dont think its heart related, no fevers, so im wondering if its arthritis related, i do have that, and im 60,so is that poss?

: Be certain they have taken BP in both arms as can be a lot higher in one than other. Almost always the right is higher.

Keep headache diary and share with your team. You body is talking to you.  Listen and take notes and you and your team can figure it out.

Arthritis: You may know that there are several kinds of arthritis.  RA can present similar to what you mention.  Osteoarthritis (wear and tear) can do that also.  Please see your doctor. : MM is unlikely, but remains part of the differential diagnosis and rheumatology usually considers diseases from that spectrum in delineating your condition. Infectious or autoimmune causes remain high on the list otherwise.

my doctor suspects rheumatoid arthritis from blood work. have referral to rheumatologist. how likely could it be multiple myeloma? blood work does not support multiple myeloma but im scared of being misdiagnosed. fevers,bilateral knee pain, aches?

: Symptoms suggest rather an infectious or autoimmune cause with other causes such as lymphoma possible. The myeloma panel of tests is usually run by rheumatologists and that should help in clarifying.
