Chest lymph nodes: Lymph nodes on cxr/ct scan & symptoms sound like sarcoidosis , TB or lymphoma. You need bronchoscopy by lung doctor for tissue diagnosis. The treatment depends on tissue specific diagnosis. Wish you good health.
