Interaction: I think you mean 0.25mg of xanax (alprazolam).  Anyways, no, that would not be a good idea.  St. John's wort is notorious for several interactions with prescription medications and otcs.  It may cause xanax (alprazolam) to work less effectively.

See your doctor: Anxiety disorder can be treated with SSRIs like citalopram, lexapro, zoloft.  These medications are not addictive.  There is also Buspar (buspirone) for anxiety and some other off-label medications that can be used.  Avoid xanax if possible.

Anxiety: Xanax (alprazolam) by itself would not be enough. Need to combine with cognitive behavior therapy to concur your anxiety.

Right? Wrong!: This is a very high dose. How many mgs do you normally take daily? If you have high tolerance for drug, you may be ok. But you are really playing with fire. Talk with prescriber re drug. Seeing a psychologist for tx along with drug tx appears to be a safer way to handle extreme anxiety. Take good care of yourself.

Find Help: It sounds like you are feeling very depressed.  The most important thing for you to do is to find help--someone to talk to.  It can be a friend, a minister or priest, a doctor, or a parent.  Medications can help but you still need a confidant. You have also not said how strong your xanax (alprazolam) pills are, whether they're new to you, whether you've been using other benzodiazepines or alcohol, etc.  Please talk with your physician about this -- s/he may provide a better answer since s/he knows your history.

It is important for: You to get help. Look for a therapist who practices cognitive behavioral therapy. Your health cannot be improved by staying on your couch. Exercise is an important part of staying healthy. Don't let your anxiety control your life. Face your fears and they will have less control over you.

Better not: It's not desirable to mix and match Klonopin and Xanax (alprazolam).  You should only take medications, especially controlled drugs like benzos such as Klonopin and Xanax (alprazolam), that have been prescribed for you and only take them as prescribed.  If the Klonopin was prescribed for you then what you should do is contact that doctor and see if s/he wants you to keep on taking it and will give you a script for it.
