my anxiety has gotten so bad i don't even want to leave the house. will i feel normal again by taking xanax (alprazolam)?

Anxiety: Xanax (alprazolam) by itself would not be enough. Need to combine with cognitive behavior therapy to concur your anxiety.

It may help: It may help but it is doubtful if everything is just going to normalize from just the medication. If the anxiety is so bad a person doesn't want to leave the house, there should be a full evaluation and a treatment plan which will probably include medication and some kind of therapy.
