Not likely, but...: Sounds like you need to re-learn signals your body uses to indicate after-meal fullness.However, there are lots of other causes of excessive weight gain (in your case almost a pound ; a half a week)--perhaps metabolic (thyroid, adrenal), fluid-retentive, emotional binging, even pregnancy ; more. Start with the pregnancy test, then if negative go see your doctor to address other causes.

Acupuncture: Here's an idea to v pain & ^ rom. Although some western medical  providers scoff at traditional chinese medicine, there's a reason it has been around for thousands of years.  Consider scar deactivation w & without electrical stimulation & scar injection (almost like hydroplaning w herbal/ saline compound). It would likely require a # of treatments. Time to see an : Allergist for evaluation ; possible desensitization treatment for the biggest offenders. It's difficult to avoid environmental allergens, but there may be some you can avoid or minimize. A hepa filter, mattress cover, pillow change or avoiding foods to which you're allergic are some methods your allergist may recommend, depending on the results of testing. It sounds like: the underlying problem is muscle tension that builds up during the day and relaxes at night.  Spinal problems, including cervical disk problems, can contribute to muscle tension in the neck and back of the head but they don't cause  headaches directly. It can, however, cause dizziness and tiredness.  You say you just saw your doctor on friday, but s/he needs to know you're still having difficulty -- especially with sleep.  Please call the doctor on call today since it's sunday.

It turns out: .. .that leaving your contact lenses in overnight can potentially lead to some serious complications, due in large part to the close and constant contact that the lens makes with the cornea (the clear, outermost layer of your eye). If you frequently leave your lenses in overnight your eyes are never given the opportunity to “breathe”

See below: Try a humidifier in your room; that may make it easier to breathe. Fatigue can be due to sleep fragmentation. How much weight have you lost in the past month or two? If it is significant, you should consult your pcp. If you continue to have trouble breathing or develop nasal congestion, an ENT or sleep medicine consultation may be of benefit to treat it and help you sleep better.
