See below: Try a humidifier in your room; that may make it easier to breathe. Fatigue can be due to sleep fragmentation. How much weight have you lost in the past month or two? If it is significant, you should consult your pcp. If you continue to have trouble breathing or develop nasal congestion, an ENT or sleep medicine consultation may be of benefit to treat it and help you sleep better.
