No: Squat-and-shoulder and other exercises do not stunt growth. Kids will grow to the pre-destined height in america as long as they eat healthily, exercise moderately, grab some sunshine, and get plenty of sleep. To not hurt the body, one should avoid excessive exercise with unusually heavy weights.

Depends: If she has a coach teaching proper form &amp; focuses on that rather than maximum weight she should be fine. If she is self taught or trying to power lift at that age she may get injured.

See your doc : I doubt you ar pregnant, although you can easily take a home pregnancy test. But you need a pelvic exam.

Low BP?: Sounds like you might have some problem with low blood pressure.  This could be due to a variety of factors, but commonly associated with mild dehydration. If bumping up your fluid and salt intake a bit for a few days does not correct the problem you should see your doc about other causes.

Not unusual: Many people cannot keep there heels flat.  It may be due to a shortening of the Achilles tendon or posterior calf muscles.  Try stretching before exercise

Accepted Answer

Careful: With taking excess fiber, as too much fiber along with inadequate fluids can make the constipation worse. Milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) and a liquid diet only until passing stool is best. Then avoiding recurrent constipation requires 80-100 oz of caffeine free, alcohol free fluid daily with no more than 25 grams of fiber daily. If keeps recurring, you may need a colonoscopy if you haven't had one recently.

Constipation: Assuming you have undergone evaluation and nothing else is going on in your colon, the use of an intermittent laxative is preferable to straining or going days without a bowel movement. In a patient over 40, I usually recommend clearance of  their colon via colonoscopy and start them on psyllium powder daily with use Milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) on evening of any second straight day without a bowel movement.

Weak muscles: That maneuver requires strong musculature in your legs. If you have developed weakness of your thigh muscles, you will have to start an exercise program to build them up. Of course if chronic knee problems with associated pain is the problem, additional attention has to be paid to them regarding diagnosis and treatment which requires an examination by a physician or orthopedic specialist.
