Whole foods: Concentrate on lean meats and fresh vegetables. These are more filling foods that are healthier and lower in calories. Learn to shop on the periphery of the store and not down the isles where most of the processed, fast food is located. The ideal workout is any activity that gets your heart rate up for 30 min, whether it be walking, biking, swimming, etc. Being consistent with this is what works.

Your choice!: A enjoyable balanced diet of wholesome fresh fruits, vegetables, proteins and carbs in a quantity to sustain good health, a steady exercise program to burn the calories and build the body, restful sufficient sleep, and good relationships developed as a life plan will result in improved fitness, efficiency, and reduction over time of unnecessary weight. can you eat raw frozen and raw fresh vegetables as long as you rinse them first? i don't see the issue since we don't cook our raw fruit.

Fresh vegetables: I'm not sure I understand the question. Have you not ever eaten fresh vegetables in the past 28 years? Of course eating fresh vegetables is safe. That's what a salad is.

i just cooked frozen pizza half way through eating dough seem very doughy now nervous didn't cook long enough we all are it is that ok to eat raw doe?

Ok if no: contamination. Raw dough, in small amounts, is not harmful in itself, but if the pizza was not prepared under sanitary conditions the micro-organisms in it may be harmful. Raw dough, if you eat enough of it, may give you an upset stomach.

The problem could be coming from an abnormality in the brain, somewhere along you digestive tract or even from a psychiatric condition like anxiety.  You also need to find out if you're suffering from any consequences of malnutrition as a result of your aversion to food.

Pork: Yes, i would not fry it or bread it.  The best ways would be baked, grilled or broiled.

Diet - poor: It is important for thinking and lifestyle to 
have all the food groups in your day to function
at your best level. Fluids, water is very important-
48-64 ozs/d.
Also, protein as in meats, milk, tofu. 
carbs  - fruit, fats - avocado, olive oil, vegetables
broiled/steamed and whole grains (pasta without 
white flour). This will be your best nutritional balance.

Allergy?: Perhaps you are having an allergic reaction to the onions.  Does the same thing happen with garlic, shallots, chives, green onion, etc.?  These are similar and you may cross react.

what happen if a woman eat cook pineapple n she doesn't know if she is pregnant yet?

Accepted Answer

No issue: Unless you're allergic to pineapple I don't see any concerns with eating it while pregnant, whether or not it is cooked. Just make sure it's well washed.
