Consult a Doctor: Even though its possible that 62 lb weight loss may be attributed to your change of life style, but that's a good weight loss. I suggest you consult a doctor for a complete check up to make sure nothing else is going on behind the screen. You may need to modify your diet as well.

Not normal: This is not a normal reaction to eliminating white flower.  You may be having a sugar level that gets too low.  Try adding back some sugar in your diet.

Education: You need to take her to the doctor or take her to the diabetic educational class. She can learn or understand the risk of diabetes, the pathological mechanism of diabetes. The more she understands it, the easier she changes her eating habit.

can you explain me my allergie test from blood. is says that i have antibodies for milk, sugar, flour, eggs. but i eat that every day without symptoms?

Depends: If the antibody type is igg, it merely means that you have been exposed to that food and nothing else.  If the antibody type is ige and the level is high, your chance of being allergic to that food is increased but not certain.  I'd cast doubt on the validity on any test for sugar which is not an allergen. This alone makes me question the quality of the lab.

It depends.: I would aim for around 1500-1600 calories for weight loss, though it depends on how active you are.  While cutting out sugars and starches can be helpful there are other high calorie foods.  I recommend finding an online calorie tracker (there are many apps for apple and android (methyltestosterone) phones) that also allows you to account for exercise.  It's easy to underestimate how many calories you consume.

Basics: Absorption of the broken down foods is dependent on factors at the site of the intestinal tissue. Each material is absorbed based on what it is &amp; how the body digests it. Wheat flour is composed of various component proteins and starches. It's starches are themselves simple &amp; rapidly converted to sugar.  Simple starches convert at their basic rate. Only a complex starch would slow that rate

No: we can all do with less simple sugar in our diet. There might be less diabetes with less consumption of highly processed sugar. Complex carbohydrates does get broken down to sugars that we need for energy and they are the best source of sugar that we need. It comes from fresh fruits, legumes, beans, and whole grains.
