Slowly: Start by eliminating processed foods that contain the OSE ending- such as sucrose, high FRUCTOSE corn syrup. Read labels and try not to buy these products. Soon your taste buds will come to appreciate the natural sugars in fruits and other foods you eat instead of the processed high sugars that are not good for you Good luck
