NO: Why Benadryl? Why topical antibiotic? Which antibiotic? A foot wart will not result in amputation or severe "complications" if treated or not.  This question makes no sense. What does your Dr say? Have you seen a dermatologist? Many "warts" are actually something else. Most topical antibiotics are useless and often harmful.

Poor circulation: High blood sugar thicken arterial walls from plaque deposition which prevents micronutrient and oxygen exchange  leading to loss of skin and damage to distal nerve cells.   Without normal nerve sensation  people are insensitive to ill fitting shoes and suffer skin injuries from unrelieved pressure points and this can cause tissue and bone infections causing non heaingl painless foot ulcers.

Hurt feet: Poorly controlled diabetes can certainly lead to foot problems and must be carefully treated as soon as possible.

Yes to both: Diabetic ulcers typically occur on the lower legs.  However, wounds everywhere can take longer to heal in diabetics.

Excessive thirst, frequent urination, and weight loss can be signs of undetected diabetes.

Several things: Diabetics are more prone to neuropathy which can cause numbness. This can lead to unperceived trauma and infection. Circulatory and vessel disease can lead to ischemia, ulcer and gangrene. Diabetic often heal slowing and infection can spread rapidly.

Diabetics get : Numbness in hands and feet. Pain can be a result of neuropathy so it is possible but so are many of the arthritic conditions. 
Before drawing conclusions go visit your internist. He would be able to rule out the diabetes with a blood test.

Foot ulcers: Diabetes causes a condition known as microangiopathy. This is where the microscopic blood vessels become clogged and do not deliver blood to the skin and sub-cutaneous tissue. The decrease in available bloodflow causes these ulcers (wounds) that are very difficult to heal.

See a physician: I would recommend being evaluated by a podiatrist.  Diabetic foot wounds can be difficult to treat and must be treated properly.  This could include antibiotics for possible infections, prescription wound care products, and custom off loading devices.
