A member asked:

Can a foot wart cause severe limb/foot complications and/or amputation in a diabetic, even if it's been frozen by a doctor but still remains?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

NO: Why Benadryl? Why topical antibiotic? Which antibiotic? A foot wart will not result in amputation or severe "complications" if treated or not. This question makes no sense. What does your Dr say? Have you seen a dermatologist? Many "warts" are actually something else. Most topical antibiotics are useless and often harmful.
