after cleaning my teeth due to tartar i have a slight detached gum and gap between teeth. is it normal or i need to worry.

It is normal: During deep cleaning, instruments are used to remove plaque and to eliminate the source of infection.  As a result, discomfort and swelling are usually experienced few days after the procedure. It is important to continue to brush the margin of your gums twice a day with a soft toothbrush and floss. The gums will have a chance to recover back to normal.

my gum got detached from injury.  i got nincort oral gel for healing.should i avoid this gel from touching my 2mm exposed root? will my gum grow back?

Timeframe of Injury?: The oral gel should not have any effect on the exposed root surface.  Whether or not your gum will grow back may be dependent upon how large of an area was detached as well as how long ago the injury occurred.  If the exposed root surface has a cleft (U-shaped appearance), the gum tissue will likely not reattach unless a periodontal procedure is performed to cover the exposed root surface.

i had a tooth extraction 12 days ago. today i noticed my gums are detached & flappy on both sides of the extraction site. should i be worried?

Maybe not worried: But certainly it would not hurt to have the surgeon take a look at it. Could be normal healing which just appears different to you. Give their office a call.

i find the rubber dental gum stimulator to have a pointed and tough tip. i do not want to detach the bottom of my gum pockets with its pointed tip. ?

The side of the tip: Use the side of the rubber tip and not the point.  Most patients think that the point is supposed to go into the pocket or take the food out.  It is the side of the tip as it rubs and stimulates the gums that does the job, and not the tip.  If you use it properly, you will be fine.  Ask your dentist or dental hygienist to demonstrate to you how to use it correctly. Use it at a 45 degree angle.

my gum on my upper first molar got detached from injury by a brutal dental assistant when taking impression.will it grow back & reattach to the tooth?

Did dentist look at: Chances are you will be just fine.  It is probably not as bad as you perceive. The DA could have hurt you but the area could have been this way before treatment.  Please make the dentist aware of this for many reasons. The doctor should see this ASAP, so the injury can be followed for healing. The dentist will want to review technique with the assistant, but mostly will want to help you!

i had my wisdom teeth and one molar removed a week ago. i have a pice of gum below where the molar was that feels like its started to detach kind of from the main gum line. is this bad or should i try and let it try and reattach?

: This question is best  answered by the oral surgeon who performed your extractions, but.my sense is to leave that piece of tissue alone and let nature take its course. Notify the oral surgeon if there's significant discomfort,swelling or bleeding.

No: But bathing your teeth with sugar can raise your risk of cavities.  And chewing gum can cause your stomach to produce excessive acid.  And it's déclassé.

Many: Everything from gingivitus to periodontitis. Receding gums to ab fractions and root recession. Can you be more specific about your particular problem? There are many causes more information would be of great benefit however see a dentist.

Sugar Free ONLY: You cant't stop them but at least train them to use sugar free.

IF YOU TALK TO A: Dentist, yes.
If it is sugarless and it keeps you drinking water and not eating junk, as an internist dealing with the obesity epidemic, i'd say keep chewing!
