Get evaluated: It is very possible that you may have gallbladder stones that are causing the symptoms you are describing however without a complete evaluation in person by physician it is difficult to say. Additional lab work as well as imaging of that area is likely to occur, best of luck.

600-800mg IBU: Could be many things but I would account the issue to current dental treatment and the filling may only be a slight part of it.  I would start with 600-800mg ibuprofen (depending on medical issues or allergies) to control inflammation/pain (especially before bed).  You might also be clenching from the treatment as well as a way of coping with other pain experienced during treatment. eval needed.

May be important: Hi Julia, the pain you are having is called "pleuritic" and is made worse by deep breathing, is well localized with one finger and can represent either a clot in the lung, inflammation of the layer around the heart or lung or a small lung infarct due to clot, or pneumonia. It can also be due to aorta tearing, particularly in patients with Marfan syndrome. Consult urgent care or primary doc OR ER

Time, OTC medication: Sounds like viral upper respiratory infection.  Increase fluid intake, OTC guifenesin/dextromethorphan, rest, anti-inflammatory.  Sharp pain most likely chest wall/pleuritic pain.  Worsening symptoms warrant a physician evaluation.

Throat discomfort: Sounds like your discomfort is positional. Being that the neck is flexible, with the head tilted back, the throat narrows/compresses &amp; can cause the symptoms. When in normal position, the throat opens back up and the symptoms resolve.  If they happen in normal position &amp; associated with fevers, nasal congestion, coughing, post-nasal drip, see your doc for further evaluation and treatment.

? Reflux: and airways irritation, although your symptoms aren't typical and seem unrelated. You may try some OTC antacids regularly for a week,  and have an appointment with your doctor, but if symptoms are bothersome or getting worse, see your doctor  sooner, good luck

Can wait: If a person has HIV and has a blood blister, and is worried that he will spread his HIV from his blood blister to somebody else, then he can just wait until his blood blister heals before having contact with another person. This way, the HIV-infected person can have peace of mind.
