May be important: Hi Julia, the pain you are having is called "pleuritic" and is made worse by deep breathing, is well localized with one finger and can represent either a clot in the lung, inflammation of the layer around the heart or lung or a small lung infarct due to clot, or pneumonia. It can also be due to aorta tearing, particularly in patients with Marfan syndrome. Consult urgent care or primary doc OR ER
