Possible: You should see a surgeon about your hernias.  I would recommend you see someone that can fix them laparoscopically.  Your urine symptoms could be attributed to several things.  Hernia would not cause an  urinary tract infection, but if the bladder is involved in the hernia, there are certain symptoms related to that.

Possible: All the above conditions are due to weakness of fascia as in hernia , pelvic muscles in cystocele. If you have urinary symptoms like retention , frequency or in continence or bulging in vagina you may have it, speak to your gyn doctor to check for it.

why would i have blood and tissue in my urine with no pain? i have a grade 3 cystocele but i can empty my bladder all of the way no uti

Hematuria: Blood in your urine (hematuria) even with a cystocele is NOT normal and can be caused by abrasions of the prolapsed bladder, urinary tract infection ,kidney or bladder growth/tumor. A urologist needs to perform cystoscopy to ascertain  the reason why.

Incomplete emptying: The most common reason is incomplete bladder emptying followed closely by urinary tract obstruction. You need to see a Urogynecologist or Urologist to do urodynamic testing and possible cystoscopy to find out why post cystocele repair.

: Several conditions can predispose to recurrent UTI. Anatomic bladder abnormalities are one of them &amp; could still be present despite surgery and normal urodynamics. Sex is a common trigger in women (vulvovaginal bacteria massaged into the urethra). Some of these are related to contraception, esp. diaphragm, which can increase UTI bacteria in the vagina. There are other causes too, and some cases...

No;but: The loose pelvic structures contribute to the ease of flatulence (passing rectal gas or "farting").If the pelvic muscles were tightened it may help.

No: Pregnancy can worsen a cystocele, but the baby's presentation has nothing to do with it.

Yes , Possible: Multiple child births will weaken the supporting pelvic diaphragm. Hysterectomy will make it worse. Speak to your doctor again and see if it's possible to fix it.  If you are not happy with the answer, get a second opinion. Your doctor may even help you to get one.
