Why do i get constant/chronic/recurrent uti's now since having my cystocele "repair" in nov 2015. i have had over30 uti/kidney infections since then.

Incomplete emptying: The most common reason is incomplete bladder emptying followed closely by urinary tract obstruction. You need to see a Urogynecologist or Urologist to do urodynamic testing and possible cystoscopy to find out why post cystocele repair.
