If...: If you see he is having significant trouble breathing or wheezing then it is time to take him to the ED ASAP. If breathing comfortably and no persistent vomiting, wheezing or looking very ill observe him today and if better may continue with the conservative measures you have been using so far.

Xlear: Your doc may tell you that you have a sinus infection.  You can use a natural product called xlear (pronounced "clear") to clean out nasal (oxymetazoline) passages and break up the biofilm where germs multiply.  Tastes good too!  Please skip the camphor and just use a warm mist humidifier.

i put vicks liquid vapor in my 9 month old humidifier now sometimes she has a cough that makes her gasp for air. or could it be my moms smoking ?

Or the Vick's: Get rid of the VIck's, this can trigger asthma in babies, we don't recommend it for this reason.  Return it and put the money in her college fund!  Your mom's smoking is a certain contributor to cough as well. Exposure to smoke will cause her to get more viral illnesses and be more likely to have chronic cough and respiratory troubles!  She must decide to quit on her own, but show her this answer!

hi! my 1 year old has rsv. she was prescribed albuterol via nebulizer. we have a humidifier with a little cup on the top for vicks liquid i believe, would it be possible to put the albuterol in the cup on her vaporizer to administer her night time treatme

No: That is not the same as a nebulizer so I would not advise that.

i am 44wf my husband is 50. i had a miscarriage at13wks after cvs(results were normal) i had another miscarriage at 42at8 weeks. my re does not recommend ivf. what are my chances to conceive again on my own.tomorrow i am having d&c. .i am heartbroken?

Unknown : I’m so sorry Elena—I understand very well.  But there IS a chance you still can conceive on your own-but you just never know.  But I have had numerous women over the years over 40 conceive-as long as you are still having your period you can. I would suggest a chat room hat exists for infertility support-it can be helpful-take care.

she is frequently in the restroom. we went to cvs pharmacy and they recommended the azo standard pills to take for 2 days and got her diet crambe

It : It sounds like the medicine she is taking is working. As she continues to heal, the buring sensation and frequent urinations (which are symptoms of the infection) will also subside. In the meantime, otc pain medications may help. However, it is prudent to take her to an urgent care facility to be assessed. Perhaps she needs a stronger antibiotic to fight the infection. Blood in the urine should always be assessed by a doctor.

Difficult to say: The information you ask for is complicated in a normal scenario, and even more so with the limited information you've shared. Acute kidney failure fluid prescription is very different than what would be recommended in the setting of moderate chronic kidney insufficiency. The safest answer i can give is talk to your doctor.
