Difficult to say: The information you ask for is complicated in a normal scenario, and even more so with the limited information you've shared. Acute kidney failure fluid prescription is very different than what would be recommended in the setting of moderate chronic kidney insufficiency. The safest answer i can give is talk to your doctor.
