i recently had my bottom molar extracted and i have got my mouth sliced open four times because my gum keeps getting infected! how can i fix this problem without getting it cut open again ??? its like a little bubble and blood comes out of it.

Oral surgeon: Sounds like the area has never healed and is infected. You need to see a board certified oral &amp; maxillofacial surgeon.

i am a 40 year old female had my upper left wisdom tooth removed 4 weeks ago and a few days ago i started feeling pain in that area after inspecting i saw another full molar growing at that spot its half way cut through the gums is this normal.

Wisdom Tooth: I suggest you see the surgeon who extracted the tooth. They have radiographs of the area and know exactly which teeth are present and which teeth are missing. You may be mistaken about which tooth was extracted.

Do patients ever require surgery to remove excess or diseased tissue? Of course. But that is not to say that is what you would require. See your own dentist to evaluate what you are feeling. Get checked: see your PCP.  All over itching could be a number of causes including toxins, pathogens or allergic reactivity. I always like to rule out the presence of C. Trachomatis because this bacterium is known  for causing itchiness.  Burning tongue could also be from a number of causes, but I would definitely check for VOCs which are known to cause burning sensations.

Apthous Ulcer?: By description and location it sounds like an apthous ulcer. We are not sure the cause (maybe an overactive immune system) but it is linked to stress and those who get them often get them again.  There are limited home treatments (l-lysine can help as can multi-vitamins) as well as some prescriptions.  They generally are worse the first days and last 10-14 days. If beyond that see your dentist.
