Very easily. : Other than ur regular home care and brush/floss.. U should rinse with warm  salt water( one tea spoon in 4 ounces of water).  And also some antibacterial  rinse such as listerine. Try avoiding any hot/ spicy food. It is not a big deal.. No worries,  if it is a superficial cut.

Canker sores: You need to see a dentist when this hurts so bad you can,t eat  or drink, if you have a fever, occurrence is prolonged, and  if you have spreading or large sores.Meanwhile avoid trigger foods such as acidic and citrus foods,spicy foods,brush with soft bristle toothbrush and floss regularly,and avoid chewing gum. MaybeBiteTheBullet: Dead skin on the outside can often turn black. That means it's dead.But,of course,if not too extensive,will heal and grow back.In the mouth it turns white(because,unlike on the outside it dries-up,in the mouth it swells with moisture from saliva)To help it heal you need to use a mouthwash and keep brushing all the other teeth.In a few days you may need an antibiotic if not better or getting worse.

: Any lesion that doesn't heal on its own within two weeks should be evaluated. It may be nothing to worry about but until it is examined and possibly biopsied if deemed suspicious we won't know. Please see an oral surgeon for an evaluation.

That : That triangular tissue is the interdental papilla. It may or may not have been damaged by the agressive flossing.

There is no "dental glue", but there is something called a periodontal dressing which can be molded and placed over the wound to protect it from further trauma for the next few days.

Since it is in an area that is quite visible and esthetic, you should have it looked at by your dentist since loss of that papilla could result in a black triangular space in that area.
