None!: The best thing to keep your gums healthy is good oral home care and seeing your dentist regularly for a regular exams and periodontal maintenance therapy. More than 600 different species of microorganism inhabit the human mouth. Gum disease is caused by the bacteria in your mouth organized in dental plaque. Except for water anything in your mouth can be used by dental plaque to thrive.

Other factors: There are no specific foods that 'heal' gums. What's more important is good oral hygiene, proper dental care, good general nutrition, enough sleep, and reducing stress.

No foods "heal" gums: Looking for something other than simply flossing daily and to a lesser degree proper toothing to heal your gums and keep them healthy... Don't waste your time! short of the mechanical cleaning functions of chewing/eating food and the plaque diluting function of saliva, foods do not heal gums!
