Other factors: There are no specific foods that 'heal' gums. What's more important is good oral hygiene, proper dental care, good general nutrition, enough sleep, and reducing stress.

No foods "heal" gums: Looking for something other than simply flossing daily and to a lesser degree proper toothing to heal your gums and keep them healthy... Don't waste your time! short of the mechanical cleaning functions of chewing/eating food and the plaque diluting function of saliva, foods do not heal gums!
