That is no big deal!: Just relax and do not get so uptight about small variations in what you eat. An extra egg never hurt anybody.

Sounds good: Sounds good and healthy. Only thing missing is a serving or two of fruit or vegetable. You might add some citrus, tomato slices, banana but it sounds good as is if you get a lot of vegetables and fruits later in the day. Best wishes!

: yes. If the person has no allergy to the milk and does not suffer from lactose intolerance this is fine. It should be integrated with other intake into a balanced diet.

Shouldn't : Coffee itself is essentially free of calories. Any weight gain would come from what you add to the coffee.

Probably not: if the milk was not obviously spoiled to your taste, there is a decent chance that you will not get sick from it. If you get diarrhea, be sure to drink plenty of fluids. Contact your doctor if any symptoms persist longer than a few days. Good luck.

Yes: The milk has an amount of phosphorus. If a person adds a food item into the milk, the resulting drink will have the total phosphorus of the milk plus whatever phosphorus was in the added item.
