Only way to increase muscle is through exercise.

Drink water!!!!: These products are not FDA regulated &amp; recommended. Check the list for other ingredients. There is an increase incident of herbal nephropathy in USA and world wide. Excessive of creatinine use and muscle mass will put a burden on Kidney. If you decide to take it, drink plenty of water (&gt;3 liter/d), check kidney function and CPK periodically. Above all take to your PCP before using it.

Yes: It is dangerous to take it without drinking plenty of water. Creatine dehydrates and your dark yellow urine is a sign of dehydration, so drink more water!

: There is no reason to take creatine and therefore drink when you are thirsty. The body thirst system works very well.

Check with your doc: If somebody has a "dry" body than appropriate water may lower the creatinine level. Check with your doc. Sometimes too many water pills may make your body too dry.

No: Excessive of creatinine use and muscle mass will create a chronic dehydrated state unless you drink plenty of water with it. It will also put an extra burden on your kidney.  It has no effect on prostate gland but concentrated urine may mimics prostatitis symptoms.  If you decide to take it, drink plenty of water (&gt;3 liter/d), check kidney function and CPK periodically. Talk to PCP before using it

Not enough info but: Generally speaking, creatine itself is not known to increase body temperature and cause one to feel "hot".  If you are taking a product that contains creatine in addition to other supplements, perhaps one or more of the other compounds may be the issue.  Furthermore, I would recommend only Creapure creatine monohydrate.  Don't fall for all the other creatines with useless bells and whistles.
