i have seen this in females with vagintis and you may not have a discharge ( usually just see it on pelvic exam). i usually treat with a cocktail(if not allergic) of flagyl ( not alcohol during treatment ) and zithromax or doxyycline( do not  take if pregnant or nursing) f/it with urgent  care

Sounds like it's related to ovulation. That would be an odd presentation for uti, usually burning with urination and need to go badly/suddenly are associated with uti.

You may be having a yeast infection or dry mucosal skin which is a side effect of all three of your medications.  If you have dry mouth as well you may need to drink more water to over come the drug side effects.  If you are about to get your period you may have these symptoms and uterine pain is referred to the lower back which is why you get low back ache during childbirth.

Your symptoms and abnormal urinalysis suggest a possible kidney problem.  Presumably a urine culture was done and negative for uti. Appropriate blood tests (cbc, general chemistry) and a ct scan of the abdomen and pelvis would, in my opinion,  be best test to evaluate kidneys and other intrabdominal organs and structures for the cause if your symptoms.

This sounds like a problem with your reproductive organs. Perhaps you have an ovarian cyst or other type of mass. Space occupying factors may account for the urinary findings or these may be from a urinary tract issue. You may need some form of imaging of your abdomen and pelvis. There are several relatively benign conditions which could be responsible for this, but this should be investigated.

It sounds like the most bothersome symptoms involve the external genitals, i.e. not internal/pevlic origin. However, cramping, bloating and back pain might suggest someting internal. If the white cell count in the urine by microscopic exam is 70/hpf, pyuria is present. Although you've no UTI sx but the presence of back pain & GI symptoms, kidney infection (pyelonephritis) should be ruled out so urine culture needs to be done. Low B12 and D are not related to the urine finding. If urine culture is (-) interstitial nephritis or cystitis needs to be ruled out if pyuria persists.

All your symptoms could be related to stress, like you suggested, but it would still be wise to rule out other causes, especially if you haven't had any lab work lately.  It's always better to be safe than sorry.  Would be good to discuss different choices for contraception too in order to reduce risk of unplanned pregnancy.

PID is not particularly common after a D and C unless gonorrhea, chlamydia were present at the time f surgery and were not treated. Schedule a follow up with your surgeon. Have your urine tested for urinary tract infection and they can do an exam to make sure all is well.

Taking macrobid for uti still have pressure (bloating) on pelvis. also lower back has slight dull pain. should u take ibuprofen for the soreness? i have no they symptoms no fever no naseau.

I think you need to consult your doctor re. your problems. The dull pain can be from a kidney infection or just from the usual back problem. The bloating may be a side effect of Macrobid.  However you need to get checked to find out what is happening including whether Macrobid is doing the job.
