Sinusitis/bronchitis: Sounds like a URI has turned into a spell of bronchitis.  If the cough is productive of colored mucus, increasing cough and a fever, than you should visit your doctor or an utc for  a thorough examination and perhaps a course of antibiotics.

is chest/throat infection the same as broncitis?! i can't cough anything out i tried everything.  i wanna know what i have i'm hopeless..

Bronchitis: Is an inflammation in the airways but no pneumonia by chest xr. It is equated to us hearing the turbulent sounds of phlegm or inflammation called rhonchi. In all likelihood you have upper respiratory infection and with drip to the back of the throat causing a feeling of something there you just have to cough up and coughs so hard causing sometimes feeling of chest congestion.

Chronic cough &amp; GERD: Yes, absolutely GERD can cause those symptoms. In essence, you describe a chronic cough. GERD, whether symptomatic or silent often causes irritation of the airway resulting in mucous, cough and throat clearing. The other most common causes are asthma (which can be worsened by GERD) and post nasal drip. A trial of an acid blocker should help. It may take a few weeks  before noticeable improvement.

cold-like symptoms for 2 months: w/cough, chest & throat & some back pain. fatigue too. getting better. still some pain; breathing better now. x-ray few weeks ago showed things normal; heart is good. will this person be ok? go 2 doc again? explain?

Mgt.: There may have been an initial pneumonia, was the patient treated with medications? If he/she is still symptomatic, I would suggest a culture(s) of airway secretions and close follow up. Monitor for fever, and please see a Pulmonologist. A copy of the Radiograph may be uploaded with more details provided during a virtual consultation.

PVC: An esophageal spasm can feel like a pvc, although in my experience the symptom of an  esophageal spam tends to last more than just a second and often is assoc w reflux. Pvc sensations can be highly variable ranging from no symptoms at all to a kick, chest pain and shortness of breath. Continued symptoms should be evaluated as both conditions can have long term consequences.

Absolutely: Absolutely, the muscles involved in vomiting are not (hopefully) used frequently. Also the act of vomiting and having acidic material come into your throat can cause burning and inflammation. Violent vomiting can, in rare cases, lead to tears of the esophagus which can be very serious and potentially life-threatening.

Could be acid reflux: That combination of symptom can be seen in the setting of acid reflux. Try an otc acid reducer and if that doesn't help, make sure you see your doctor.
