Can an esophigal spasm feel like a pvc i had a quick sensation in chest throat and it hurt it was over in a second but no thud like pvc?

PVC: An esophageal spasm can feel like a pvc, although in my experience the symptom of an esophageal spam tends to last more than just a second and often is assoc w reflux. Pvc sensations can be highly variable ranging from no symptoms at all to a kick, chest pain and shortness of breath. Continued symptoms should be evaluated as both conditions can have long term consequences.

Spasm may be painful: They could present similarly but spasms may be painful and chronic in nature.
