Bronchitis: Is an inflammation in the airways but no pneumonia by chest xr. It is equated to us hearing the turbulent sounds of phlegm or inflammation called rhonchi. In all likelihood you have upper respiratory infection and with drip to the back of the throat causing a feeling of something there you just have to cough up and coughs so hard causing sometimes feeling of chest congestion.
