Pregnancy ?: Any amount of semen near the vagina can contain sperm, and pregnancy is possible. If this occurred just after your period, and before you ovulated this month, the likelihood of pregnancy is low.  Cortisone will not delay or affect the period.  If your period is "late", get a serum HCG test to be certain you are not pregnant.

Not recommended: Clotrimazole vaginal and topical preparations are  fda pregnancy risk category b.Vaginal use during the 2nd and 3rd  trimesters in  has not resulted in any adverse effects; use in the 1st trimester has not been adequately studied and is not recommended. In animal studies, there was no fetal harm  following administration of intravaginal doses up to 100 mg/kg in pregnant rats.

Hard to say : These are often fungal triggered by a yeast in poop that takes advantage of the moisture in the area. Unless your cream contained an anti fungal (cortisone is not) it may not improve. An exam may be needed if this persists.

: OTC products are less likely effective for your condition. If you have recently used a new soap for your genital area or you use new underwear, get rid of them. Avoid scratching, keep that area dry and open, apply lidocaine cream or ointment 4% OTC on those areas as often as needed for controlling the itch. If symptoms (rash &amp; itching) do not improve after 3 days, see a dermatologist.

Unlikely: Simple topical use of mild steroid creams will cause problems with  fetal development. Ingestion of any medication would be a different matter as it enters the circulation. Any ingested med would have its own safety profile for a fetus.
