Can precum on the outer of the vagina cause pregnancy even if your period has just finished? can cortisone medications delay the period?

Pregnancy ?: Any amount of semen near the vagina can contain sperm, and pregnancy is possible. If this occurred just after your period, and before you ovulated this month, the likelihood of pregnancy is low. Cortisone will not delay or affect the period. If your period is "late", get a serum HCG test to be certain you are not pregnant.
