Vague: Bites as well as bite changes seem to have little relation directly to temporomandibular disorders. Our bites are very dynamic and they can change (slowly)even without a problem. You should focus on managing your symptoms rather than the bite.

Get an evaluation and understand causes and treatment first.  Your dentist should be able to point you in the right direction regarding treatment and insurance coverage.
