Vague: Bites as well as bite changes seem to have little relation directly to temporomandibular disorders. Our bites are very dynamic and they can change (slowly)even without a problem. You should focus on managing your symptoms rather than the bite.

No: If your bite has changed due to therapy or TMJ problems then absent active care it will not correct itself. You need to see an orthodontist or have the bite corrected by your dentist.
