Fluids: Duting your menstrual cycle you have extra fluid losses from the bleeding. Try drinking extra fluids in the days leading up to and through your next cycle. This should help. All fluids count except caffeinated and alcoholic fluids.

This is a somewhat: unusual time to experience bloating/constipation/pain. These symptoms are commonly a part of the PREmenstrual symptom complex,but not so much afterward. I do suspect the right lower quadrant pain is related to GI function/constipation. Increase fiber/water in diet, consider psyllium supplements to help with constipation. I would also discuss with your doctor to decide if any tests needed.Stay well

Try fiber laxative: Try taking fiber laxative like Metamucil a couple of days before the expected episode of constipation. Drink enough water to keep your urine colorless.

Yes: We usually measure the uterus just after the period. It is entirely normal for the uterus to enlarge as you approach mid cycle and the onset of your period. A length of 8.2cm is normal.

Infection in your : Vagina, uterus and fallopian tubes can cause this. See your gyn for a thorough assessment!

Maybe: As a 21 year old female you have to take a lot of considerations before starting isoretinoin. It is very good acne tx with a high but not 100% cure rate. But has side effects you will have to deal with and you can not get pregnant on it. Depends on how bad your acne is and whether you are willing to deal with the side effects and go on birth control or be abstinent while on it! Need to know more.

Not sure: You could have a stomach virus that happens to occur at the same time as your expected menses. I suggest you take over the counter medicine to treat the intestinal symptoms and see how you feel in a day or two.

No other disease?: Each person with constipation needs to be sure there is no other disease causing it. If constipation is just due to slow movement of the food and poop through the gut, then the things to try are vegetables, water, prune juice, prunes, fiber with water, and plenty of exercise. If not better, there is Miralax, Senokot or other senna, milk of magnesia, other laxatives... plus her doctor can evaluate.

Pelvic pain: Sounds like endometriosis or ovarian cyst. Get a gyn checkup.

: I assume pregnancy is not an issue. That is too many months for you to go without a period and not consult a gynecologist. Rather than the other way around, I'm concerned that a pelvic problem related to not having periods is causing bladder pressure, trouble urinating and constipation. The gynecologist will perform a rectopelvic examination &amp; order appropriate tests.
