why is it that every time i get my period, my constipation & cramps get worse & worse? the pain is unbearable at times. should i be concerned??

Try fiber laxative: Try taking fiber laxative like Metamucil a couple of days before the expected episode of constipation. Drink enough water to keep your urine colorless.
