The last few months i have been gettin weird pains after period. 1 to 2 days after it finishes im bloated,constipated &stitch like pain in right side?

This is a somewhat: unusual time to experience bloating/constipation/pain. These symptoms are commonly a part of the PREmenstrual symptom complex,but not so much afterward. I do suspect the right lower quadrant pain is related to GI function/constipation. Increase fiber/water in diet, consider psyllium supplements to help with constipation. I would also discuss with your doctor to decide if any tests needed.Stay well
