is the uters get bigger before period every time my ultra sound size change by couple cm after period it's 8.2 and before period it's like 11.2 is ok?

Yes: We usually measure the uterus just after the period. It is entirely normal for the uterus to enlarge as you approach mid cycle and the onset of your period. A length of 8.2cm is normal.
