NO: These are one and the same.  It is reserved for the yearly visit to check wellness or lack of it and not for your laundry list of things.  You shold have individual appointments for illness and medical problems.  The yearly wellness or physical is to promote wellness and good health and preventative issues.  It is worth the while and proper and necessary.  Keep the vist to wellness issues.

Many reasons: Exercise is not only good for health health. It's also good for strength, bone health, balance, flexibility, brain health, and mood.

: It is highly variable and depends on many things and can last throughout those decades and sometimes beyond. The old classification is no longer accepted for that reason

Situational : Depression. Since this has lasted longer than 2 weeks, seek medical attention with PCP or Psychiatry.

Fatigue: can be caused by depression but it can have many other causes as well.  These can include diet and exercise level, hormone imbalance, etc.  Please see your doctor who will help you figure this out.  Peace and good health.

Possibly: In most patients hypertension is silent, but when there is a rather sudden rise in blood pressure, headache or some type of dizziness may be noticeable. Also, if the medication wearing off results in a rise in heart rate, palpitations may be noticed.

if im in testosterone since 5 years can i stop to take it and do i well have a physical problem ? with out testosterone in my body?

Variable: Results depending upon length of time, dosage , and individual.  The higher dose and longer time, the more potential for problems. Most people will gradually resume some or all of normal testosterone secretion over time -- but it is extremely variable and impossible to predict. Other organs, such as the adrenals, will make some testosterone. Check w/an endocrinologist for assistance/advice.

Family practice : Sometimes anxiety and depression is a result of something subconsciously. Even with normal exam and testing there could be a hormonal imbalance.  I would recommend seeing your dr again and get treated and get counseling.
