It can be watched: Pink lesions on the skin are quite common. Often they are what is called a cherry angioma.
You can watch and monitor it for any further growth or changes in its color.
If it does not grow in size over the next 6 months, it is likely to be harmless and could be left alone.
Any growth in size(to one centimeter or more) will require a medical check up.

Get in the most comfortable position you can and that is about as good as it gets until a certain level of healing ocurrs.  Discuss with your pcp or orthopedist.  Don't be a "pain in the neck!"  ha!

Depends: A leg fracture could mean any number of many things. It would depend on what is broken, how displaced the fracture is, what your bone quality is, as well as many other factors.

Most clavicle fractures have historically been treated non-operatively, but in the last decade or so we have become somewhat more aggressive with  these fractures in particular cases.

Ask your orthopedic surgeon!

The body has a tough time deciding where the pain is because of the low density of nerve fibers and organs in the area. Therefore rotator cuff pain can be across the back, in the clavicle or down the arm.  You should get it checked out.

Need 2b specific: There are many possible causes of pain in the collar bone area. In order to narrow the list of possible diagnoses you need to be more specific about your pain - how long are you suffering?, when in the day is it happening?, what helps it? What makes it worse? Etc.
Pain from heartburn is usually in the center front chest area, so this will not be my first guess.
