Depends: A leg fracture could mean any number of many things. It would depend on what is broken, how displaced the fracture is, what your bone quality is, as well as many other factors. Most clavicle fractures have historically been treated non-operatively, but in the last decade or so we have become somewhat more aggressive with these fractures in particular cases. Ask your orthopedic surgeon!
