Does a rotator cuff injury cause collar bone pain?

Possibly: The rotator cuff is located beneath both the acromion and the clavicle. The body has a tough time deciding where the pain is because of the low density of nerve fibers and organs in the area. Therefore rotator cuff pain can be across the back, in the clavicle or down the arm. You should get it checked out.

Generally not.: But you may be having collarbone pain secondary to a rotator cuff problem. See a sports medicine shoulder specialist for an accurate diagnosis.
