How can you sleep with broken collar bone?

On your back: You will usually sleep on your back since being on your side will cause more stress on the collar bones. Get in the most comfortable position you can and that is about as good as it gets until a certain level of healing ocurrs. Discuss with your pcp or orthopedist. Don't be a "pain in the neck!" ha!

Carefully : As to not move or jar the affected side by remaining on your back or reclined with a sling.
